I have a strong research background in physics and engineering, having graduated from Universidade Federal de São Carlos with an MSci equivalent from Royal Holloway, University of London. I am passionate about using data to understand complex phenomena and optimize processes and outcomes. I have contributed to multiple projects and experiments that involved data analysis, strategic planning, and problem solving, such as developing a culture of experimentation, rebuilding data structures, and redefining OKRs KPIs and metrics. I value collaboration, learning, and innovation, and I strive to empower and support my team and organization.
