Janne is focused on helping companies eliminate dumb work through automation and internal tooling. She does this as the CEO and Co-founder of Henosia, a Danish AI tool for building internal tools directly for production without sacrificing security, governance or compliance in the process. Henosia allows anyone to build the tools they need for their daily work, regardless of their proficiency level.

Before Janne became an entrepreneur, she had a solid career in the industry as a Sr. UX designer with among others LEGO, as well as in academia as a researcher. She regularly disseminates her knowledge on conferences, in workshops and in podcasts. She earned her Software Engineering degree in 2003 and her Ph.D. in UX in 2009.
