The Compass Startup Program is a selective initiative for early-stage technology startups building innovative software products. If you’re looking to meet customers, investors, partners, and other founders in one place, this program is for you.
Who should apply?
Early-stage technology startups developing their own software or technology products that meet the program’s eligibility criteria.
Eligibility
To apply, your startup must:
- Develop its own technology product or software
- Have generated no more than €250,000 in revenue during the previous financial year
- Have raised no more than €2 million in total funding

Anyone passionate about AI, technology, product, UX, or data who faces financial, career-related, or personal barriers to attending the conference. There are no strict eligibility categories – we welcome applications from anyone who believes attending Compass AI & Tech Summit would have a meaningful impact on their professional journey.
Every application is reviewed individually, with the goal of supporting people who can benefit most from the experience and contribute to the community.
